Pat, Please accept this late message of condolence. I'm heartbroken for your loss. Martin was a real gem, and I valued our friendship and hoped to have more time together. No words will suffice, as I mentioned on our call today. Please include me in the memorial service. I'd like to attend. My thoughts are with you. Steve K.

Mr. and Mrs. Veinsreideris, You may remember meeting me in Minnesota in August of 2019. Martin and I became really good friends and talked almost every day. I want to offer my sincere condolences and sympathies! Martin was such a great guy, friend, and source of strength to me. He had such a kind and giving heart! He was a brilliant attorney and I always enjoyed talking about the law with him. He spoke so highly of you both and loved his daughters so much! Please feel free to reach out to me if you like. I am so sorry for your loss! I just found out today and am heartbroken. My thoughts and prayers are with you!

I went to school with Mary in Belgium. He was such a smart, funny guy with a quick wit! He will be missed and may God watch over his little girls.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I am devastated to learn of Marty’s passing. Marty and I grew up together in Brussels. We were exchanging messages during the summer, reminiscing about the good ole days in Brussels, laughed about him playing craps with John McCain in Vegas, and his basketball encounter with Boys2Men at Penn. He was a dear friend, I loved hearing him talk about his angels, Eva and Claire – he loved being their dad and was excited about his new start in SoCal. Holding his family close in my heart and praying for their healing during this very sad time.

My name is Jessica and I was Martin’s neighbor and friend to he and the girls. I am so truly truly sorry for his loss. We had just chatted a few nights before about the girls and Halloween 🎃 and life things. He was a truly kind friend and neighbor. I really enjoyed sharing time with him and Clair and Eva. I have several of their decorations on my fridge and have been most grateful to get to know the 3 of them. Martin was kind, thoughtful, always checking on me and our neighborhood friends. I will miss him dearly and am sending all my love to Clair and Eva and all the family. He loved those girls immensely as he had just told me about his parents and how much they meant to him. You all have my warmest sympathies. Most respectfully, Jessica
